Zipro dumbbells consisting of two short steel bars 40 cm long and loads with a total weight of 20 kg. The plates are made of cement covered with a plastic layer which saves the substrate in case of dropping and putting away at the end of the series.

The Zipro set includes a total of 16 loads: 4 weighing 1 kg, 4 weighing 1.25 kg and 4 weighing 1.25 kg. Thanks to this, dumbbells can be used in various weight configurations - depending on the exercise being performed, the training plan or the level of advancement of the person exercising.

Dumbbells are one of the most popular and effective ways to strengthen and tone the muscles of the arms, chest and back. The great advantage of training with their use is the fact that they engage more muscles than exercises on machines with a designated trajectory of movement.
