Zipro training dumbbells are designed for effective exercises strengthening and sculpting the muscles of the upper muscle parts. They consist of a set of weights with a total weight of 17 kg and two steel bars 35 cm long with threaded clamps. Everything is packed in a handy suitcase that is convenient to store and transport.

The plates are made of cast iron. They have small dimensions and, compared to loads made of other materials, they are characterized by excellent durability. The steel bar has a grooved grip for improved comfort during exercise. Threaded clamps ensure stable pressure of the plates on the bar.

Training with the use of dumbbells has enormous potential. Apart from the fact that they engage the exercised muscles, they also require greater stabilization, i.e. activation of more muscle fibers. In addition, the high efficiency of exercises with dumbbells is also influenced by the fact that they engage more muscles than exercises on machines with a designated trajectory of movement.

During training, in addition to the trained group of muscles, the stabilizing muscles also exercise, and one and the same exercise can be performed at different angles and in several ways. All of this makes training more complete and valuable.
